				Meet GEKAS S.A.













									GEKAS S.A. is a family company that has been designing, manufacturing, importing and distributing lighting products, lamps and electrical equipment since 1945.
















									The company maintains exclusive partnerships with European as well as high-quality Asian manufacturers, allowing it to offer its customers a wide range of products with the best possible cost-quality ratio.

Its main customers are lighting and electrical equipment stores, while the company’s existing network covers Greece, Cyprus, Albania, Romania and North Macedonia. In addition, the company operates retail stores and lighting design departments in Ioannina and Tirana.

GEKAS S.A. does not treat lighting design superficially by simply using the appropriate software.

									Throughout the production process, our company applies the strictest quality parameters to ensure that our products are designed and manufactured to exceed customer requirements. Every step in the production process has a routine quality procedure covering both product quality control and functional testing. As a result, every product that leaves Gekas S.A. has been thoroughly checked and tested, resulting in maximum performance and operation.

All our lighting fixtures are manufactured and tested according to the general European Union standard for luminaires EN-60598 and carry the CE mark on their body and packaging. Throughout production, our technical team aims to develop lighting fixtures of excellent quality that combine high performance, energy savings and long service life.

That is why we cooperate only with industry leaders in the supply of raw materials and lighting accessories.










									GEKAS S.A. fully supports the recycling of lamps and luminaires, having placed recycling bins in all company premises. We are also members of the Greek recycling company FOTOKYKLOSI S.A.

									The continuous education and training of our company’s staff allows us to stay fully up to date with every new technological and design trend, to the benefit of every prospective partner.

More specifically, we regularly visit the world’s largest lighting and electrical equipment exhibitions such as Light and Building – Germany, Euroluce – Italy, Lighting Fair – China.

We also actively participate in lectures and seminars of universities and lighting committees.
