In combination with a suitable battery, it can be used to convert simple LED luminaires into emergency lighting fixtures.The possibility of maintained or non-maintained operation is provided depending on the connection method.In maintained operation, the luminaire operates at full brightness and, in the event of a power failure, the emergency mode is immediately activated with reduced brightness.For continuous operation, 2 phases are required: permanent and switched.In non-maintained operation, the luminaire is activated only during a power failure with reduced brightness.The recommended battery is of LiFePO₄ type and provides 3 hours of autonomy and a full charging time of 24 hours.Immediately after initial power-on (and therefore after each battery change or after a cleared charging fault), the inverters automatically perform a battery regeneration process in order to optimize its capacity, which may have been affected by excessively long storage periods.The battery features an integrated cable of 45 cm with a green charging LED indicator. When the charging indicator remains off for more than 5 minutes, then the battery is either not charged due to a power failure or has been disconnected from the system. The indicator may flicker in case the battery is not properly connected. Keep the battery disconnected from the inverter until the final installation of the system.Suitable for use in Class I and Class II luminaires as well as for integrated operation within luminaires. It features double insulation of SELV 60V type for maximum safety.The maximum distance between the inverter and the luminaire should not exceed 2 meters.
